Web design started out meaning, How the site looks. But that
was when the web was new and people were still wrestling with how
to place graphics and compress them small enough to avoid
Gary Trudeau's descriptive phrase, the World Wide Wait. But
good design is important.
Creating an attractive, eye catching
site should still be a priority for every one. But the web is not a
novelty anymore.
And web design is not just about making a
pretty page. Much to the dismay of many of it's originators being
on the web today is just another way to do business. Which is as it
